This is a translation for convenience. The German version is legally binding.

These rules apply to everyone using the AntiQua forum. By registering you accept them. The operator is AntiQua.

1. Account

• Use is permitted from the age of 16.
• One account per person. Use an email address that belongs to you.
• You are responsible for keeping your access secure. We recommend two-factor sign-in.
• Usernames must not mislead, in particular they must not imitate the AntiQua team, other users or public figures.

2. How we treat each other

• Stay factual and respectful. Insults, threats, harassment and hate speech are prohibited.
• Do not publish other people's private data without their consent.
• No illegal content, no copyright infringement, no pornography or depictions of violence.
• No spam, no advertising without the moderators' consent, no posting series to inflate activity.
• No malware, phishing links or links to fake sites.

3. Rules specific to a crypto forum

• No investment advice. Posts reflect their authors' opinions and are not financial, investment or tax advice. This includes posts by the team. Make your own decisions.
• No promotion of token sales, airdrops, pump-and-dump schemes, pyramid schemes or promised returns.
• Never share seed phrases, private keys or passwords – not even in private messages. The AntiQua team will never ask for them.
• Anyone posing as a team member or asking for payments to "unlock" accounts or "verify" coins is a scammer. Report such messages.

4. Your content

You keep the rights to your posts. You grant us a simple, free licence to store, display and technically reproduce them for operating the forum. You are responsible for your content and may only publish what you are entitled to.

5. Reports and moderation

Report illegal content or breaches of these rules using the report function on the post. Without an account, write to blythex@antiqua-blockchain.com, stating the link to the content and the reason.

Moderators may edit, move, hide or delete content, issue warnings and suspend or ban accounts, depending on the severity and frequency of the breach. We inform you, with reasons, of decisions restricting your content or account unless legally prohibited. You may appeal a decision by email within six months; it will then be reviewed again.

6. Availability and liability

We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee any particular availability. We accept no responsibility for user content. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Ending use

You can delete your account in your account settings at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts for serious or repeated breaches.

8. Changes and privacy

We may amend these rules and will announce material changes in the forum. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy. German law applies, unless mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
